Summer Days

Dear Miss Dinah,

We have had some wonderful days together, and I am missing jotting down parts of our life and stories in your letters. But, we called the internet company a few weeks ago, and they said the soonest they could hook up our internet was August 9th. Better late than never I suppose :) So we wait...

Using Ginni and Grampa's internet, let's do a quick update!

In no particular order, this is what we have been up to for a month:

Lots of morning walks. It's nice before the temperature gets up in the 90's/100's!

 

Lots of bike riding.

 

Watering and enjoying.

Well, not much gardening really. We've been enjoying a lot of the produce from the garden, and we did help weed and water more at the beginning of the summer. But then, it got hot enough outside that it made this pregnant mamma not feel so great :(

New Neighbors

Dear Miss Dinah,

We spent a lot of quality time with the buddies over this last month. You seemed to be toting them around just about everywhere.

 

And then the cousins showed up, and you have spent significantly less time with the buddies.

Cousin Buddies & Long Overdue Pregnancy Update!

Dear Miss Dinah,

I have temporary internet on my computer and just uploaded 400+ photos from my phone from the past 5 weeks of not blogging.

Woah.

This one will have to hold us over until I can get more up :)

Catching Up {474}

Dear Miss Dinah,

I am missing writing your letters so much, that I have decided to attempt to do so on my mobile device! For one week we have been here in small town without Daddy and without Internet connection. Previously I have used Ginny and Gampa's Internet, but furthermore my laptop charger is broken! So, disconnected we have been :(

We'll, here is a little of what we've been up to this past week:

Cleaning house so we can move in some boxes that are still in the car.

Spending time with Ginny and Gampa, especially on the swings and little hot wheels car in the yard.

Helping water and weed Gampa's garden as we probably will not be growing our own this summer. Also visiting the horses and cows that are over near the garden.

Visiting a few friends with new babies in town. Also visiting some old friends out of town ( who used  to live in town).

I think you may be growing a bit. You have been eating lots and napped over 3 hours today!

I have tried to insert pictures, but have not been able to make it work :(  so, we'll try and get some up soon. We've been busy and I have lots of cute pictures to share with you.

Last Day With Daddy For A While {473}

Dear Miss Dinah,

Even though Daddy had a lot of work to do today, he wanted to take time off this afternoon to spend with his girls, as we are leaving tomorrow.

So we took a nice long walk to the park.

You are hard to catch with the camera as you run around the park so fast. You can just see your little leg and elbow at the left side of this shot.

More quality time at home, flipping, followed by airplane.

And Daddy got a few of us reading Apple Farmer Annie. With all the buddies you set up just right, to read along with us.

We love Daddy and will miss him so much, but hope that he gets all his work done here quickly and easily, and we will be very ready to have him back in 2 weeks.
