Arrived at Grandpa's house today, celebrating a belated birthday with him. For lunch we had some of his leftover birthday dinner - tuna noodle casserole, which was a HUGE hit. We should really get this recipe, because you liked it a lot, and I did too. For dessert I had some chocolate cake. None for you yet, but you didn't mind, too busy playing with the toys Grandpa had set up downstairs.
Nap time was delayed, and probably because you were in a new, fun place, you just couldn't seem to stay in bed. So, up again you came to spend time with Grandpa.
When he finally went to go rest, you took a late little nap too.
After dinner, which was leftover corned beef and cabbage, Grandpa put on the show, 'March of the Penguins,' which you sat and watched together. He sat down to put the video on, and you followed right along :)
During the movie you were up and down playing with little toys, but always coming back to show Grandpa your newest creation, and take another respite in his lap.
The movie just ended, off we go to bed!
