Dear Miss Dinah,
You are an excellent share-er as seen here. You are sharing your red blocks with all the stuffed animal pals.
Ready to go do some gymnastics...
You and Alyssa on the rolly-mat.
I truly believe that you were trying some sort of tumbling move. (We had been using the cartwheel mat just seconds before). And if you click in close you can see the big smile on your face.
The Olympics are coming...
Temperatures were in the 100's today so we were looking forward to the pool this evening. By the time we got there, the clouds had moved in and by the time aerobics had ended there was talk of hail and 70mph winds. We went to Guinney and Gampa's to wait it out. We trusted the God who's over all these mighty winds, that he would keep us, and all the surrounding land, safe and sound. We ate dinner there and you went to sleep in the pack-n-play. It's a good thing your favorite book ("Baby is So Big") is 4 pages long and easily recalled from memory, so we could still "read" it before you went down. It's also a good thing that we somehow have 2 piglets, so you could have one there too. Although, you don't seem to be really too attached to any one toy or blankie like I've heard some babies are.
We came back home a little after 9, and Daddy carried you out to the car, sleeping in his arms. It was the first time you've slept while being carried, and it was a sight that melted my heart. It must have been the that, that did it, because the weather had already cooled off ;)
I love you,
Mamma <3
