It has become increasingly difficult to snap a photo of you from the front side. And even more difficult to catch your little face.
We walked over to Ginni and Gampa's to pick up a car, and you ate an apple. You were all finished and walked off the laundry room. I followed you a few seconds later and this is what I saw:
This morning Daddy took the car out of town to work. Since we were going to meet some friends in a nearby town, we borrowed the "airport" vehicle of Ginni and Gampa. It is an old Cadillac, and a very smooth ride. Uncle Dan helped us fill it up with gas, because you have to open up the trunk, and make some other adjustments to do so! Then on his way back from filling it, the car alarm started going off and would not stop. Uncle Nick helped to get it stopped by disconnecting and reconnecting the battery. He equipped us with a wrench just in case we needed to stop a faulty alarm.
For the 11 mile ride, you got to face forward in the back seat for the first time, because you were using a car seat that a neighbor gifted us with. Sorry, I don't think that is a permanent change quite yet, but you did enjoy the ride.
It was the last day this pool was open, and our friends had been wanting us to come swim a while and we finally made it.
Back home, and making your evening phone calls.
Look! Daddy got your phone call and he's coming home :)
I love you,
Mamma <3
